Popular hospitality group of Singapore, the Park Hotel Group will be entering the Maldives hotel and resort market with their flagship property in Maldives. The Grand Park Kodhipparu is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2017.
Grand Park Kodhipparu is conveniently located in North Male’ Atoll, the Maldives, twenty minutes short speedboat ride from Velana International Airport. Grand Park Kodhipparu is designed by hospitality design firm, Hirsch Bedner Associates. This luxury resort will consist of 120 villas ranging from beach villas to overwater pool villas with private infinity pools.
The Grand Park Kodhipparu will feature two gourmet restaurants, harbor beach club and pool bar, a swimming pool, fitness center, water sports and diving center, wellness center and spa, sunrise yoga deck, and children’s activity center.
