Hariyana One Safari Boat is a popular vessel with surf operators. Some surf travel agencies used Hariyana One Safari boat for promotional trips in the past such as All Girl Trips. The boat caters for up to 14 guest. The captain and the crew of Hariyana One are well experienced for handling surfing charters, diving charters or fishing charters in Maldives. Now the boat is open for bookings all season from April – November for surfing which gives you plenty of time to plan a trip with your friends and family if not both on board this amazing safari boat. The boat is also open to singles or couples who are looking to join a group of people. The boat is available to charter or book during surf season between May to October.

Hariyana One boat sleeps 14 people easily and requires a minimum number of 8 people to guarantee a charter. A separate dive dhoni is fully equipped with diving equipments for dive charters, fishing rods, snorkeling gears and there is a rack specially made to hold surfboards. The boat has its very own dinghy to transport you to the surf breaks from Hariayana One. And a transport Dhoni is also available (larger transportation boat) The Dhoni allows you to leave your vessel for the day and just simply leaving extra surfboards, sunscreen, snorkel gear etc on the dhoni to use during the days activities.

Theia – Diving
The ship is accompanied by a Dhoni with Enos System, a separate diving vessel, from which all dives are carried out. The dive gear and compressors are kept on the Dhoni for the entire safari, meaning that guest don’t have to carry their gears back and forth in between dives and there is no noise on the mother ship, which makes the dive experience extremely comfortable. A DAN emergency case, GPS and oxygen are also on the Dhoni. 12l Aluminium tanks with DIN/INT valves, weight and belt are included in the package price. Should you wish to rent other diving equipments, please book it in advance.

Important Information for diving guests:
Please remember to bring along with you the dive logbook and diving certificate.
A medical diving fitness check is recommended, but not compulsory.
The first dive is always a check-dive, which is compulsory for all divers.
Dives are guided by an experienced PADI instructor and a dive master.
Experienced divers can dive independently after the check dive.
PADI courses can be held on request (please pre-book)
Diving equipment is kept on the accompanying dive vessel (Dhoni) Oxygen, a DAN emergency case and a mobile phone are available on the Dhoni in case of emergency.
Compressors are stored on the Dhoni, meaning that there is no noise pollution for guests on the liveaboard while bottles are re-filled between dives.
All divers must adhere to the Maldivian diving regulations: no decompression dives, always stay with your dive buddy, never dive deeper than 30m if you are a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver (or equivalent) and never dive deeper than 18m if you are a PADI Open Water Diver (or equivalent). The last dive will be offered 24hrs before the end of the cruise.
The use of a diving computer is compulsory.
English is the official language on board.
A 21-day DAN diving insurance policy can be obtained on board for EUR10 per person at the time of publishing.

Route:
Day one is always the arrival and relaxing day. Depending on your arrival, you will have the chance for swimming and snorkeling, the rest of the day is pure relaxation after your flight. The diving schedule will start on the following day and continue until 24h before check out. 16 dives are scheduled for a week of diving. Our aim is to show you the most beautiful dive spots in the Maldives. In order to do this, it is necessary to adapt our routes according to the season, available time and current weather reports. That is why our ships do not follow fixed routes, but rather tailor each safari route to make the best possible dive trip and to give you the maximum number of dives per day. Please trust our experienced crew to choose the right route; every ship’s crew has years of experience in diving in the Maldives and they know how to make the most out of each cruise. At the start of each safari, a rough route will be confirmed, followed by daily briefings on what specific dive sites will be visited. Before each dive, you will be thoroughly briefed and shown a map of the dive site.

Required dive certification:
The minimum requirement is a PADI Open Water Diver certificate or equivalent, which will allow you to dive to a maximum of 18m. This is the depth when a lot of the best dive sites begin to be really interesting, which is why we encourage our guests to obtain a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certificate or equivalent before or during the cruise. This will allow you to dive to a maximum of 30m and fully explore the Maldives’ best dive spots.

Divers who have not dived for a while can do a PADI Scuba Review course to refresh their skills.

The initial check dive does not only serve as an opportunity to check your gear, but also for the dive guides to assess everybody’s abilities. Should the dive guide or a guest feel that extra support is needed, special guided dives can be arranged at an extra cost.

Theia – Onboard Services:
Three meals, one bottle of water per day, unlimited tea and coffee are included in the package price. Internet access (USD 10 per day/person), equipment rental and consumption at the bar are charged extra at the end of the safari. A playstation 3 and a Wifi are on board for entertainment. Use of local Fishing Gear is available on request, Offering Island Visits, Beach BBQ depending on weather, Male’ Visits and Internet services.

Theia – Food & Beverages
The cuisines on board of Theia is a mixture of Asian and European dishes. Served as buffet style or table service. Apart from various fruit juices and soft drinks, chilled beer on draught and an extensive list of international wines and cocktails are available on board. Should you have specific wine preference please do let us know in advance for us to uplift before starting the cruise.

Breakfast – fresh bread, toast, butter and jam, egg dishes of your choice, tropic fruits, fruit juice and local dishes such as tuna with coconut, lime and chillies etc. Lunch – is offered as buffet with light dishes as chicken, fish, pasta, rice, vegetables, salads and fruits. Dinner – is served as a four course meal.

All meals are included in the package price, which also includes chilled water, tea and coffee. Soft drinks, drought beer, wine, spirits and cocktails are available from the bar at moderate price

Festive season – Meal Plan Supplements
On the evenings of 24th December and 31st December the Live-aboard will provide a festive dinner. This carries a compulsory supplement on top of the contracted meal plan. USD$55 Per adult, USD$25 children 11-14.

The Aldebaran is a traditional motor sailing yacht/boat, excellent for diving, snorkeling or simply cruising holidays,  there is enough room for twelve guest in the two master cabins and four double-bed cabins. The ship was first launched in 1992, it was completely refurbished in 2009 and 2010.

Accommodation Cabins The master cabin located at the bow encompasses the entire breadth of the boat and has a luxurious bathroom. An additional four, tastefully decorated double-bed cabins are air conditioned and each contains a private bathroom. The master cabin with bathroom located at the aft end of the boat rounds off the spacious interior. The personnel cabins are strictly separated from the guest cabins.

The saloon: The mahogany wood saloon awaits you at the stern of the ship.
